Renee’s burial fund

With a heavy heart, I ask for your help. On Thursday, January 28th, 2016, my mother, Renee Cothern May passed away suddenly from a pulmonary embolism. This tragic event has taken all of us who love her completely by shock. She was 53 years old.

I am reaching out for donations because my mom was of humble means and did not leave much behind, nor did she have anything in place for funeral expenses. Donations of any amount would be greatly appreciated.  These will be used to pay for her burial, and should there be any extra, it will go towards settling her estate. I wish I didn’t have to ask for help, but my family and I simply don’t have the means to do this on our own. We are in a humble position to ask our friends, family, and anyone else that might be able to offer some financial relief.

My mother was such a light and inspiration to many. With a giving and loving heart, and a singing voice that could soothe the soul with her songs, she made the world a better place for all those she touched.  Many of you know, firsthand, how she would go out of her way to help those around her. Please help us give her the memorial for which she deserves.

We would be so very thankful for any help during this truly difficult time.
